MQ TECH GURU operates exclusively as a digital product marketplace and technical service provider. We do not dispatch or deliver physical packages.

1. Digital Delivery Mechanisms

Upon successful verification of your payment, digital delivery is executed via:

Dashboard Downloads: Direct download links are activated inside your customer portal.
Email Delivery: License keys, login credentials, or files are sent to your registered email address.
Service Activation: Access to custom APIs or SaaS services is enabled on your profile.

2. Delivery Timelines

Timelines vary based on the item purchased:

Pre-packaged Scripts and Files: Delivered instantly after payment verification.
Configuration and Setup Services: Custom setups are completed within 24 to 48 business hours.
Custom Enterprise Development: Timelines are determined by the project contract and milestones.

3. Access Verification Support

Because manual payments (UPI, Binance Pay) require transaction validation, delivery may take up to 2 hours for manual verification. If you have not received access after 2 hours, please email info@mqtechguru.com with your transaction ID.
