Refund & Cancellation Policy
At MQ TECH GURU, we stand by the quality of our digital products and professional services. Please review our refund policy before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products General Non-Refundability
Because we sell intangible, downloadable digital products, software scripts, license keys, and automation credentials, all sales are generally non-refundable once payment is completed and digital delivery or dashboard access is provided. Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be returned or revoked after download.
2. Mandatory and Reasonable Exceptions
We honor rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws (including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 in India). We will evaluate refund requests under the following conditions:
Duplicate Payments: If a system error results in multiple charges for the same transaction.
Delivery Failure: If payment succeeds but we fail to deliver download links or dashboard credentials, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.
Material Defect: If the delivered script or software is materially broken and cannot be replaced or fixed by paid support.
3. Support-First Resolution
Our primary goal is to ensure our products work seamlessly on your environment. If you experience installation issues, compatibility conflicts, or license errors, you must submit a ticket to our support team at info@mqtechguru.com. We will troubleshoot, replace, or correct the issue before a refund is considered.
4. Contacting Support
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of purchase to info@mqtechguru.com. Your email must include your Order ID, registered email, and a detailed description of the issue.
